The Traditional Pasta Maker Machine rolls and cuts traditional homemade pasta with consistent results in as little as 20 minutes. Its roller adjusts to 9 uniform thicknesses (from a paper-thin 0.5 to 3-millimeters) with the turn of a dial. Easily roll sheets of pasta dough for ravioli or handcut shapes, or slide on the double pasta cutter attachment for perfect spaghetti and fettuccine noodles. The extra-wide clamp holds the pasta machine securely to work surfaces between 1 to 2.375-inches thick, while the wooden handle offers a comfortable grip during use. Make pasta to cook immediately or ahead of time for future use. Made from European-grade chrome-plated steel and wood, includes the pasta machine with built-in sheeter, double-cutter attachment, clamp, handle, instructions, and Fante's family recipes. It easily brushes clean after each use.
