Should have been named, "MEDITERRANEAN LIFESTYLE".

I was expecting a book with lots of Mediterranean inspired recipies but it mainly talked about the Mediterranean lifestyle and had a handful of recipies twards the back of the book.

I found some duplication among the 3 publications, although each had valuable information. I follow a Mediterranean diet already and enjoyed getting new recipes.
