A few years ago a friend made fresh layered salad in a jar! Dressing first, then layers of shredded carrots, beets, garbanzo beans, sliced cucumber and radish, shredded yellow zucchini, and lettuce to the top!
Just turn the refrigerated jar upside down on a plate! So delicious!
