Stainless Steel Serrated Blade: The 7-1/2-inch stainless steel serrated blade evenly slices meat and cheese. The blade edge is fully enclosed for safety.

Easy-to-Read Dial: The easy-to-read thickness dial adjusts from wafer-thin to .8-inch thick.

Snap-on Food Pusher: The snap-on and easy off-food pusher has teeth on the bottom and a scalloped bottom to hold food from the top. It securely snaps onto the handle.

Sliding Food Tray: The sliding food tray with a stainless steel top is plastic. It rides smoothly and easily on a wheel and metal rod. The large food tray has space to accommodate larger pieces of meat and can be removed with a screwdriver.
