Awesome Breadmaking Book!

Love, Love, Love this Bread book... Great recipes, loads of pictures and diagrams, and great step by step instructions! Not just the normal bread recipes either... My only want would be spiral binding in order to easily set the book up to read while making dough, etc. GREAT book!!!
