This tool is an improved version of the classic garden fork or digging fork. The O-handle allows for an incredible variety of ergonomic functions. Excellent for digging. The 4-tine can be stood upon to push the tines deep into the soil. It can be used for turning over and breaking up soil, breaking through soil thick with weeds and roots, aerating garden beds, and harvesting root crops. Excellent for foraging, small-scale intensive agriculture, and landscaping.

The tool should be cleaned regularly with steel wool, coconut, or linseed oil and should not be stored outdoors or in high humidity, as rusting may occur.

The tines of the fork (not the handles) are made from AR-400 grade steel. This alloy exhibits high abrasion resistance (AR) and hardness. Adding carbon and manganese, as well as quenching and tempering, increase the steel's hardness and create a durable, impact-resistant surface. It is used in applications where abrasive materials such as grains, coal, ore, cement, gravel, light aggregate, and earth are being handled.

Measurements:

  • Weight: 10.5 lbs
  • Total height: 49"
  • Length of tines: 12"
  • Total width: 12"

Please allow two weeks for delivery. Available for shipment to continental U.S.A. addresses only.
