Fantastic

This is a fantastic book with everything you need to know to start doing things yourself to help your body heal. Beautiful pictures, how to mix your own tinctures. Salves, cold remedies. Pain meds for every ailment. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a life change for good health.
