This really is a fine filter with as pure water as I could ever image drinking. It's easy to change out the filter, easy to clean, easy to fill up. We're constantly filling up 1/2 gallon bottles to keep in the fridge and use it for everything, gator aid, lemonade, everything. I bought the pack of 3 filters and it was dang near like getting one free when you figure in shipping and the discount. With just 2 of us, a filter can go for about 2 years, but with 3 of us now I've been changing it out once a year. We do drink lots of water.

Big help with my minerals

I have a well, and the water here is very hard. A lot of calcium and iron among other minerals. Very noticeable in cooking. Even my water softener doesnt deal well with it. This crock water system is a lifesaver. The taste from this filter is crisp and sweet. I'm drinking more water now that I have it.
