Monarda fistulosa

Perennial wildflower; takes 2 years to flower & seed

Bee Balm is also called Wild Bergamot. A native wildflower and garden favorite. Long bright purple/pink flowering stalks appeal to bees, hummingbirds and butterflies. Bee Balm will naturalize and return year after year in your garden. A great choice for xeriscapes and low-water gardens.

Grown by Bluebird Dye Gardens in Dolores, CO.

Planting Instructions: Plant Bee Balm seeds in early spring to early summer, 1/4" deep, 6" apart. Keep moist until germinated. Or start indoors earlier.

Seed Saving Instructions: Collect Bee Balm seed when seed heads are dry and easily crumble in your hand. Store seeds in a paper or mesh bag in a cool, dark and dry location.

Approximately 100 Bee Balm seeds per packet
