Great LEM Products

The LEM #8 Big Bite Grinder and LEM 5 pound Mighty Bite Stuffer are upgrades to my old equipment. In the month I have owned this new equipment I made a couple batches of snack sticks and ground the deer I got last week. The grinder is a beast. It grinds faster than I can load meat. I like the all metal gears, the quiet running electric motor, the off/on switch cover and the storage drawer. The quality of the machine is top notch. The sausage stuffer is an upgrade from my old LEM 5 pound stuffer. Things I like about this model are the enclosed metal gears, the connection of the handle to the screw with an allan screw rather than a wing nut that can get lost, and the very heavy duty construction of the frame. This is a very robust stuffer that I am sure will provide years of use. The screw and piston are very smooth operating and the stuffer is easy to use. I also like the fact that both grinder and stuffer are easy to assemble, take apart and clean. With the work I've done already I am very pleased with the grinder and stuffer and highly recommend them.
